Staff Disciplinary & General Principles

Overview of Staff Conduct​

  • All staff are expected to follow the Staff Regulations.
  • Discipline is progressive; minor infractions result in minor punishments, while repeated or severe issues lead to stronger actions.
  • Serious misconduct may result in immediate demotion or removal.
  • All actions should be documented in staff-warnings, which can include a staff report, screenshot, or admin log.
  • If a staff member leaves the group while on suspension, they will not be able to receive their role again.

Offense Categories & Actions​

1. Minor Offenses​

Examples include arriving late to class without notice, small mistakes with admin commands, ignoring instructions from administration, and slight unprofessional behavior, such as joking too much or going off-topic.

  • 1st offense: Verbal/DM Warning.
  • 2nd offense: Written Warning (logged by admin).
  • 3rd offense: Temporary suspension (1-2 days).

2. Moderate Offenses​

Examples include inactivity without notice over 4 days, using admin/mod powers for fun, and being disrespectful towards students or staff.

  • 1st offense: Written Warning + Supervision.
  • 2nd offense: Temporary Demotion or Suspension (2-3 days).
  • 3rd offense: Demotion to Student or Permanent Removal.

3. Serious Offenses​

Examples include abusing admin powers, harassing or bullying students/staff, leaking staff-only information, or intentionally ruining roleplay sessions or lessons.

  • Actions: Immediate suspension while administration reviews, possible demotion or permanent removal from staff, and a possible ban from the Roblox group or game if necessary.

4. Extreme Offenses (Zero Tolerance)​

Examples include exploiting or hacking in game, harassment involving inappropriate/unsafe content, attempting to sabotage the school, or breaking Roblox or Discord TOS in any way.

  • Actions: Immediate termination of the staff position, permanent ban from the school/group, and reporting to Roblox and Discord if necessary.

Appeals Process​

  • Staff may appeal disciplinary actions by submitting an appeal ticket in the Discord server.
  • If permanently banned, staff must submit an appeal ticket after the one-week time ban in the Discord server.
  • Appeals must be respectful and honest.
  • Decisions made after the appeal process are final.
